Taking managers to the next level

Most managers were never taught how to manage.

humanfusion builds the capability your org chart already assumes you have — for first-time supervisors, senior directors, and the executives above them.

Optimizing performance

The gap between a good individual contributor and a good manager is a skill set, not a job title.

Coaching

Confidential one-to-one work with a manager or senior leader, focused on the decisions actually in front of them. Measured against real behavior change rather than good intentions, and built to leave capability behind.

About coaching

Training

Forty-six workshops across management, leadership, personal mastery, and the best business books. If the topic your team needs is not on the list, it gets built from a short conversation about what they are stuck on.

About training

Assessment

Objective data on the people you are about to hire, promote, or develop, benchmarked and debriefed by a coach rather than filed as a report. Predicting how well your new hire is going to do is so much better than guessing.

About assessment

Solutions

Comprehensive, end-to-end bundles designed to resolve a specific business problem. Components can be modified or customized for additional flexibility.

Our approach

From a stalled manager to a measurable change

Organizations promote their strongest performers and then leave them to improvise, borrowing habits from bosses they did not particularly like. The result is predictable: avoidable turnover, conversations nobody has, and a leadership bench that looks thinner every year.

Dr. J. Gregory Gillum built MasterClass5S Management around a single benchmark — the performance of the top five percent of managers worldwide. Every engagement we run measures against something equally concrete, so you can tell whether it worked.

We assess, we coach, we train, and then we leave the capability behind. The point is not to be needed indefinitely.

You might say we are management people.

What we solve

Talent problems tend to concentrate in five places

Twenty-five engagements across those five areas. Each one starts with a specific symptom rather than a general program.

A short conversation is usually enough to tell whether coaching, training, or assessment is the right starting point.
