Performance coaching is a one-on-one, confidential work with a manager or leader aimed at enhancing current and future effectiveness. We do assess the past, but only as it relates to the awareness that is usually necessary to guide current and future actions.
The coaching process is squarely focused on client development, based upon a complex and sophisticated understanding of both the individual’s role in an organization, and the cultural context that surrounds that manager or leader.
