Start with what is actually broken
Most engagements begin with a symptom — turnover, a stalled team, a leader who is not landing. The first job is finding out whether the symptom is the problem or a consequence of one.
humanfusion exists because organizations keep handing people responsibility for other people without ever teaching them how to carry it.
Greg is chief executive officer of the humanfusion group of companies. His primary role is the one he actually enjoys: lead executive coach and trainer. He specializes in leadership development, business performance coaching, emotional intelligence assessment, and guiding transformational change in individuals and organizations.
He is the creator of The Manager Lab and MasterClass5S Management, a webinar-driven training program built around a single benchmark — helping managers perform in the top five percent of managers worldwide. He is also the co-author of Blueprint for Success with Drs. Stephen R. Covey and Ken Blanchard, and a frequent keynote speaker on human performance and potential.
Before consulting, Greg spent six years on the faculty of the Medical College of Virginia and nine years in marketing and senior management with GlaxoSmithKline. That combination — teaching and operating — shapes how he works. He is comfortable with research and equally comfortable with a manager who has a difficult conversation scheduled for Thursday and no idea how to open it.
Greg served six years as Vice President, Human Resources for CRH, a Fortune 500 company. He earned his doctorate from the University of Kentucky and his professional coaching credentials from the Coaches Training Institute in San Rafael, California. He lives with his wife and two children on a farm in the rolling hills of central Kentucky.
Most engagements begin with a symptom — turnover, a stalled team, a leader who is not landing. The first job is finding out whether the symptom is the problem or a consequence of one.
Assessment data, benchmarked comparisons, and defined behavior change, rather than a satisfaction score collected at the end of a workshop.
The point is not to be needed indefinitely. Every engagement is built so your managers keep doing the work after we stop showing up.
Greg takes these calls himself. Tell him what is happening and he will tell you whether humanfusion is the right fit.
