Give every employee a straight answer to why their work matters.

Goal-cascading frameworks that connect individual work to company strategy.

Vague goals produce vague results. We help you implement an OKR or goal-cascading framework that connects individual work to company strategy, so every employee can answer how their work matters with a straight answer. Alignment you can measure, not just talk about.

Signals you have this problem

  • Goals are set in January and read again in December.
  • Two teams are working at cross purposes and neither has noticed.
  • Individual goals restate the job description.
  • Nobody can trace a personal objective up to a company priority.

What the engagement looks like

  1. Set the top level

A small number of company objectives with measurable results. Too many priorities is the same as none.

  2. Cascade deliberately

Team and individual objectives that connect upward, with the connection stated rather than assumed.

  3. Establish the rhythm

A quarterly cycle and a short weekly check, so goals stay live instead of filed.

  4. Separate goals from pay

Where objectives are ambitious, tying them directly to compensation guarantees they will be set conservatively.

Common questions

OKRs or plain goals?

The label matters less than the discipline. OKRs enforce measurability and a review rhythm. If your existing framework does those things, keep it.

Should everyone have OKRs?

Not necessarily. Roles that are steady-state and well defined often need clear standards rather than quarterly objectives. Forcing OKRs onto every role produces invented goals.

How many objectives per person?

Three at most, with a small number of results each. The constraint is the point.

Next step

Implement your OKR framework.

A short conversation is usually enough to tell whether coaching, training, or assessment is the right starting point.
